Within the litigation area, whether administrative or judicial, the representation of our clients may cover:
• Broad representation in Individual Labor Claims, especially with respect to the presentation of defenses, appeals, statements and adequate procedural incidents;
• Follow-up of Collective Labor Claims; confirmation of specific agreements with Regional Labor Offices and Unions; and others that could alter the labor contracts, such as extensions of workdays, compensation for time worked, implementation of flexible hourly plans and the like;
• Broad representation in administrative cases before Regional Labor Offices and the National Social Security Institute (INSS);

• Provides assistance to Human Resources Departments, including the preparation of employment contracts, benefit and pension plans, profit/income sharing programs and stock option plans, in addition to programs for the prevention of environmental risks and medical/occupational health control programs;
• Assists the hiring of foreign personnel, structuring the respective labor agreements, benefits and advantages in order to comply with Brazilian legislation;
• Provides analyses and recommendations for other types of labor contracts to adequately treat the effects of the employment affiliation (Service Agreements, Autonomous Commercial Representation, Labor and Service Cooperatives, etc.);
• Follows-up the hiring of outsourced services, with an analysis of possible subsidiary/joint liability risks;
• Conducts due diligences; and
• Prepares reports and opinions on themes related to Labor and Social Security Laws.
